Here's how we're taking action in our community:
We made and sold custom t-shirts at a Ripple Fair at Arroyo Elementary so that we could donate the proceeds to Feeding America.
These are the steps we took:
We bought supplies, made two different types of t-shirts, created signs to educate people on our cause, set up a booth at school, and sold the t-shirts during two afternoons at school.
Here are some of the results:
We earned $192 for Feeding America, which will result in 2,112 meals for people in need.
