Here's how we're taking action in our community:
We are taking action in the community by donating books to foster kids at Orangewood Foundation at Orangewood Children's Home.
Here's how we got the idea:
Our idea was from kids who have a lot of extra books, so we thought of having them help us by donating books to us so we can donate those books to a orphanage or some place where kids don't have much education.
These are the steps we took:
We got a box and made a poster so people can see when they walk into our door. From that, they might see it and donate books to us.
Here are some of the results:
We received 66 books, small and big.
One of the coolest things that happened during my project was:
We received so much books, the box became heavy and we got excited.
One of the most important things I learned was:
I learned that some kids need education and we should be grateful of the education supplies that our school provides for us and some kids don't have.
